THEORIES

The founder of neo-classical theory is Alfred Marshall. He was one of the influential economist.  He also known as one of the founder of neoclassical economist. The theory is published on 1890.  

The neoclassical theory is the extended version of the classical theory wherein the behavioral sciences gets included into management. Based on the theory the organizations is the social system and it performance does get affected by the human actions.

The theory emphasize on the physiological and mechanical variables which is considered these as a prime factors to determine the efficiency in the organization.  The researcher is try to identified the human behavior at work which is primarily focused on the human being in the organizations.
